Georgie – Beaumaris: Our Bayside home had a large front cottage garden that was weedy and hard to care for, and the majority of our back garden was unusable for our family with two small children, and behind a pool fence. Brendan and his team from Greenside Landscaping, along with a landscape architect they recommended, came to our rescue and transformed what was an eye-sore into the talking point of the whole neighbourhood. So rare these days, all correspondence was timely, they turned up when they said they would AND came in on our budget, and also called several times afterwards with some gardening tips and after care maintenance. Kirsty – Moorabbin: I recently renovated my property in Moorabbin and engaged Brendan and Allister from Greenside Landscaping to landscape my entire garden, build a deck/entertaining area, new driveway, pedestrian pathway and new front & boundary fence. This being my first property and having NO IDEA about anything garden related (I am the opposite of having a ‘green thumb’), Greenside was the perfect match for my needs. I had a general idea as to ‘the look’ I wanted to achieve (and what I didn’t want) with my garden – but no idea how it was going to be achieved.
Brendan spent a huge amount of time with me (in person, over the telephone and on email) throughout the whole process and really listened to me and what I wanted. He also made several suggestions which I hadn’t thought of which ended up being the best features of the whole garden e.g. the “Outdeco” screens (which subsequently were featured on an episode of Channel Seven’s Better Homes & Gardens). He kept me in the loop on a daily basis as to the status of the works via telephone (as I work long hours and couldn’t be on site), explained any potential hurdles (and how these were to be overcome) and any alterations to the quote (as I was very cost conscious).
The end result exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier! Once completed, he also explained how to maintain the garden, deck and fence. I would highly recommend Greenside for any landscaping job, big or small. The combination of his exceptional talent, knowledge of all things landscaping and his friendly demeanour made the whole process so easy.
